Harmonized across years by the Cumulative CES Common Content (Kuriwaki); response options are collapsed where years differ. See docs/sources/ces.md. The jump from 2010 (65% yes, weighted) to 2012 (94%) is mostly weighting: unweighted, 2010 is 82% yes. The cumulative file's 2006-2010 weights pull self-reported turnout down (2010: non-voters weigh 1.9, voters 0.8), while 2012-2024 weights pull it up (2014: 84% weighted, 79% unweighted).
