P.S. 175 City Island

Our mission is to make P.S. 175 a true collaborative community of practice where we all work together to meet the instructional and social needs of every child. We all see ourselves as learners, and teachers work collaboratively to plan and implement instruction. Our classrooms reflect the enthusiasm of both teachers and students. Parents are welcomed into our building as meaningful contributors. Instruction is rigorous and student achievement high. Students love to come to school to learn, teachers love to come to school to teach, and parents are happy to send their children to our school.
